  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local postal service before contacting us.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Once an order has been placed, changes to shipping addresses or order details cannot be guaranteed.
  • If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order for the best chance of making changes.

8. Returns Due to Undeliverable Address

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we will notify you and offer:
    1. Reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
    2. Refund (excluding original shipping fees).
